Not yet. The beta version is a guided spreadsheet and prompt system. That allows us to test the rhythm before building unnecessary software.

Yes and No. You DO need access to an AI system. You can copy the daily prompt into any AI tool you use and some offer free versions, others don’t. If your AI tool supports file editing (that’s usually part of a paid subscription), you may be able to ask it to update the workbook directly. Otherwise, you can copy and paste the output rows manually.
-
Because the setup matters. The tracker works best when it understands your audience, offers, platforms, sources, and business focus areas.
-
Yes, but we recommend using the default structure for the first week before making major changes.
One aspect we caution changing is changing the output structure of the three rows. You need to make sure you have correctly adjusted the tracker tab as well as the prompt output instructions.

During beta, HAIway may review setup fields, workbook structure, and usage issues to troubleshoot and improve the tool. We will not sell your data or use your business information publicly.
-
No. Beta access includes setup of the tracker and basic tool support. Custom strategy work is separate and honestly, not something we’re ready to take on from a capacity standpoint.
-
Right now, we are charging a very small fee for the private beta because it helps offset our costs. But there is no monthly subscription to continue using the beta.
Beta access is $5.
As we move toward an online app that doesn’t require you to mess with spreadsheets or copy and paste, we will move toward a subscription model. We haven’t decided on a monthly fee yet, but I can promise you it will be minimal. We’re not doing this to become a big company, we’re doing this to serve bootstrapping entrepreneurs because we’ve been there.
Beta users may be asked to share feedback about what worked, what confused them, and where the tracker needs improvement.

This is different in a couple of different ways:
1. This is not a social media dashboard, productivity system, or generic marketing template. It is a rhythm for paying attention.
This tool, by itself, helps you notice:
what your audience keeps asking
what language they naturally use
where trust is being built or lost
which assumptions need testing
what content direction is grounded in evidence
what activity may simply be noise
2. This is not a content calendar.
A content calendar helps you schedule what to publish.
The Daily Signal Tracker helps you understand what is worth saying, but the point is not to post more. The point is simply to understand better.

The Daily Signal Tracker is primarily built for:
bootstrapping founders
consultants
creators
small business owners
solo operators
small teams
people building a business around a real human need
It is especially useful if you are tired of guessing what to post, say, sell, change, or test next.
It is probably not for you if you want an automated content machine, a viral trend generator, or a tool that replaces your judgment.
