Kent Stones, Founder

Kent is a little obsessed with helping people trust the path under their feet.

The HAIway did not begin as an attempt to influence, sell advice, or build yet another coaching platform. It began as a long, personal search for alignment.

For years, Kent worked across marketing, teaching, food systems, small-business strategy, and community work. He helped established brands see their markets in new ways, students understand how people make choices, founders clarify what they were really building, and local organizations create practical systems that served real human needs.

But underneath all of that work was a deeper question:

How do I live and work in a way that is honest, useful, and aligned with what matters most?

For Kent, that question became rooted in faith, though The HAIway is not strictly a faith-based platform. That shift changed everything for him, and the essence was simple: honor what is higher than yourself, love others as yourself, be present with the path under your feet, and trust in outcomes beyond your own control.

For most of his life, Kent thought the goal was to find the right purpose, set the right target, and work relentlessly toward it. But that approach slowly began to feel frustrating, as he realized he was holding himself responsible for outcomes he did not actually control. What he came to understand is this:

Simply be deeply intentional about how you walk the path, but not rigid about where it should lead.

He realized a specific or desired outcome matters far less than the alignment of each step, every day. So he worked through a process to help him live that way, the process offered here as “The HAIway.”

Be grateful for whatever path is under your feet. Pay attention to what is right in front of you, and make the best decision you can with clarity and honesty. Then, simply adjust when new information shows up and stay aligned with what you know to be true.

When you do this, you let go of needing life to land in a place you have already decided. And when you do that long enough, something unexpected happens.

You end up somewhere you never would have planned, but it fits perfectly. Not because you engineered it, but because you stayed aligned with your values as the path unfolded.

That is the meaning behind The HAIway.

Not control.
Not certainty.
Just alignment.
